Get your catalog in front of game store buyers
How publisher listings work on the Board Game Compendium
The Compendium is a single place where game store owners research publishers, compare wholesale terms, and find who to contact for an opening order. Every publisher page follows the same familiar, encyclopedia-style format, so buyers can evaluate your catalog in seconds.
What a listing includes
- A permanent page at
boardgamecompendium.net/publisher/your-name - A structured infobox with your wholesale terms, minimums, and distributor relationships
- An active-catalog table with MSRP for every title you carry
- Direct wholesale contact details: buyers reach you, not us
- Self-serve editing: your team keeps the page current, on your schedule
Every listing follows the same structure. See the listing template for the fields you'll fill in and what buyers do with each one.
Pricing
| Annual subscription | Flat yearly fee; the only charge. One page, unlimited titles, unlimited edits. |
(Prototype note: final pricing to be set before launch.)
What we don't do
The Compendium is a directory, not a marketplace. We never sit between you and the retailer: no commissions, no order processing, no markup. Buyers order from you or your distributor directly.
How to get listed
Already in the Compendium as an unclaimed listing? Find your page in the directory, sign in, and click Claim this page. We'll set up your listing fee, and once that's squared away your editing access goes live: you take over the content, replace the placeholder artwork, and the "unclaimed" notice comes down.
Not listed yet? Request a new listing. Tell us about your company and we'll build your page, then you claim it the same way.
