Home of Fluxx, the card game with ever-changing rules
About
Looney Labs was founded in November 1996 by Andrew and Kristin Looney in
College Park, Maryland, originally to publish Fluxx β the card game where
the rules constantly change. The Fluxx line has grown into dozens of themed

brands in the hobby channel.
