In the company's own words: "Fambam Games was founded by Alice and Jessica Hong, two Korean-American sisters who grew up playing games with their cousins and found their love of creating board games during the pandemic. The name, Fambam Games, was inspired by the group chat name between them and their cousins. Fambam means "family bondings and moments" which they hope their games would help create. After raising over $115,000 on Kickstarter, Fambam Games has been selling their games on their site and in other retail stores around the country!"
